Russia will continue to fight Nazi supporters around the world – Lavrov
Russia is actively working in its own country and around the world to prevent the glorification of Nazism and the rewriting of history.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced this at the XI International Forum “Primakov Readings,” reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Returning to the Resolution on the Inadmissibility of Glorification of Nazism - this is only one work and in one structure. The most important thing is what we are now seriously engaged in on the instructions of the president.
These are school textbooks, other forms of education of youth from the earliest years. This is also, of course, work on the restoration of monuments, on the preservation of monuments both in our country to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, the Second World War, and also in the territory of European countries," Lavrov said.
"This is countering the campaigns to demolish these monuments , and I would say initiating legal proceedings against those who tear them down. Particularly monuments that stand at burial sites, contrary to all international conventions, are being torn down and vandalized.
"This is, first and foremost, of course, the Kyiv regime, and to a significant extent in the Baltics and a number of other countries. The fight against distortions of historical memory is now one of our main tasks . And in the year of the eightieth anniversary, this task was especially clearly formulated, not simply articulated, but detailed. And this work will be ongoing for us," the minister added.
