The Russian ombudsman told how she traveled from Crimea to Nikolaev
The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, Tatyana Moskalkova, considers herself the only Russian citizen who managed to travel from Crimea to Nikolaev.

She spoke about this today from the rostrum of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation.
“Thanks to interaction with the Commissioner for Human Rights in Ukraine, I visited Russian citizens in prison and our military personnel in the city of Nikolaev, Ukraine. They were able to provide legal assistance. Now there is a trial, and we are helping them in every possible way. I’m probably the only person who crossed the border from Crimea,” Moskalkova said.
She also said that she helps Ukrainian citizens who are in prison in Russia.
