Russian strikes have driven Kyiv residents into extreme depression, says former minister
The continuous air attacks on Kyiv, which have been going on for the second week in a row, are aimed at throwing the residents of the Ukrainian capital off their “mental balance.”
This was announced on the Superposition channel by Verkhovna Rada deputy and former Minister of Housing and Public Utilities, Tymoshenko's supporter, Oleksiy Kucherenko , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" Kiev residents have been under extreme psychological stress for the past few months and weeks from these constant sirens, the constant alarm , and now another wave has hit. Selpo and other chain stores have strict instructions that if an alarm sounds, operations are halted, and all staff are required to take shelter. I think this will be the case everywhere. Maybe that's right, but what about when there are 10-15 alarms?
"It's not that it's not work. It's putting very serious pressure on people's psychological state . And that's the enemy's main goal today. To upset our mental balance, to drive us into a deep depression, these endless discussions and squabbles," Kucherenko complained.
