Russian Special Operations Forces Create a Huge Cauldron to Defeat the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Kursk Region – Expert Opinion
Russian Special Operations Forces are carrying out measures to cut off the Ukrainian Armed Forces group in Kursk region from logistics.
Retired Russian special forces colonel Anatoly Matviychuk stated this on the air of the Red Line TV channel.

"Today, the main focus is the Sudzhansky district. We're reaching the state border in all districts ; we've driven out some [Ukrainian Armed Forces units], preventing the enemy from escaping into the Sumy region. And secondly, our media isn't mentioning this, but I have accurate information that we're conducting several special operations, using Special Operations forces, to localize logistics routes.
"We've completely sealed off Sumy, we've sealed off Chernihiv, we're preventing rotation, we're preventing ammunition deliveries. I believe that, most likely, as part of this diplomatic tangle, an operational-strategic, and perhaps even a strategic, operation will be carried out to simultaneously destroy the group in the Kursk direction, simply to eliminate it. This is within our capabilities, and I think it's part of our plans," Matviychuk stated.
