Russian pranksters reached France under the guise of Ze-deputy: New scandal
France has the Novichok chemical agent.
This was confirmed by Jacques Maire, deputy head of the French National Assembly's Committee on International Affairs, who was called by Russian pranksters Vovan and Lexus (Vladimir Kuznetsov and Alexey Stolyarov) under the guise of Oleksandr Merezhko, head of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine's Committee on Foreign Policy and Interparliamentary Cooperation, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“You spoke with military laboratories in France, which determined that it was Novichok, but the problem, as far as I know, is that Novichok was not on the prohibited list of weapons. The problem for Russia is that the French military laboratory had samples of this substance. This means that France also has – ha ha – this poison. That’s the problem,” Merezhko says over the phone.
The mayor confirms the information, but suggests discussing it in person.
According to legend, the “Ukrainian deputy” calls his French colleague because he wants to “destroy the Russian delegation and throw it out” from PACE. The mayor proposes to behave cunningly, not to attack Russia right away, but to wait until EU representatives go to Moscow and draw up two new reports on Navalny. Then it will be possible to introduce sanctions.
“We don’t want a complete deprivation of Russia’s rights, because then they won’t exist. And then this will close any opportunity to come to Russia... We must preserve Russia, even if we want to apply sanctions to it,” the Mayor said.
It is known that PACE is very afraid of losing the Russian delegation, since Russia pays large membership fees, so the Mayor Jesuitically proposes to simply deprive the rights of those members of the delegation to whom EU sanctions will be applied in connection with Navalny.
At the end of the conversation, Vovan and Lexus use their signature technique, bringing the conversation to the level of complete absurdity.
“I want to say that we have. Yes, this is not a telephone conversation, of course, but I met with our ambassador. And I have to tell you that he gave me some of Navalny's clothes. I want this to be between us. If we were not mistaken, and our special services received what they needed, these are exactly those blue cowards...,” says the imaginary Merezhko.
It is noteworthy that the Mayor is not at all surprised that Ukrainian diplomats have Navalny’s underpants. He is ready to meet with the ambassador the very next day “outside the PACE building”, take Merezhko’s underpants and hand them over to a French military laboratory.
