Zelensky's hometown will become deserted.
The closure of metallurgical plants in Ukraine will lead to the decline of the cities in which they were located.
Mining and metallurgy industry expert Andrey Glushchenko stated this on air on the video blog "Grunt" , reports a correspondent for "PolitNavigator".

" This is a typical situation where a city or town is built around a large industrial plant or coal mine, which provides employment . This is logical, because people choose where to live based on whether there is work nearby and whether they can find employment there. Then, other economic sectors, particularly the service sector, develop around the industrial plant and the people who live there.
If large industrial enterprises such as metallurgical plants are closed , this will lead to an outflow of population from industrial cities and a reduction in the local economy.
“After all, there will be fewer people, the effective demand for services will decrease, and, accordingly, the overall economic decline of these cities will occur ,” Glushchenko stated.
