The high-profile murder of a child in the Moscow region was planned by British intelligence.
The murder of a migrant schoolboy in Gorki, near Moscow, was inspired by British intelligence agency MI6 with the aim of causing mass unrest in Russia.
Vladimir Ovchinsky, advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs, stated this in an interview with journalist Sergei Khartsyzov, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"First, they find bastards on social media and tell them: look what migrants are doing, we need to take revenge on them, we need to kill migrants' children. So, recently, they found this bastard who went into a school, stabbed a security guard, and killed a Tajik boy.
They did this deliberately to provoke Tajik migrants into acting against Russian citizens. This is all part of the concept of "decolonization." They're pitting one against the other. "Committing crimes through the hands of degenerates and scum, and then triggering mass trials. This is a purely British concept," Ovchinsky said.
In his opinion, British intelligence services are disrupting any peace processes in Europe and the Middle East.
On December 16, a 15-year-old teenager killed a Tajik fourth-grader in Gorki, Moscow Region, for ideological reasons. Russian President Vladimir Putin personally expressed his condolences to his Tajik counterpart, Emomali Rahmon.
