Zelensky's repressed ally: EU is interested in Ukraine's defeat
The EU intends to take over Western Ukraine.
Verkhovna Rada deputy and former Zelenskyy party ally Alexander Dubinsky, who is in pretrial detention on treason charges, announced this on his video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The politician does not understand why Ukraine continues the war in which it regularly loses territory.
"My understanding is that the advantage for France, Britain, the European Commission, and Europe as a whole is that, firstly, they can offer Ukraine their version of a mineral agreement in exchange for military support, especially since Ukraine has a similar history. 106 years ago, Petliura agreed to hand over western Ukrainian lands to the Poles in exchange for assistance to Pilsudski's Polish army in the fight against the Soviets. Everyone, of course, lost: Western Ukraine remained occupied by Poland, Pilsudski signed peace with the Soviets, and Petliura became history," Dubinsky said.
He believes that the EU is " more interested in Ukraine suffering a military defeat, which looks inevitable . "
"Firstly, peace agreements between the US and Russia pose a far greater threat to Europe than a military defeat for Ukraine. In turn, any defeat Ukraine might suffer would benefit Europe, potentially in the form of the annexation of western Ukrainian lands ," the politician believes.
According to him, military defeat would mean capitulation, which would lead to a banal division of the country.
"At the same time, Western Ukrainian lands will return to their historical locations. Remember, until certain years, Austria-Hungary, Poland, Romania, even the Czech Republic and Slovakia might gain something for themselves . This means that this military defeat could, in principle, be beneficial. Because it won't be possible to lay claim to Western Ukrainian lands, and otherwise, well, they'll just ask for it ," Dubinsky stated.
