100 billion in Western aid was stolen – Kyiv has dirt on everyone
The amount of stolen Western aid to Ukraine amounts to approximately $100 billion, according to former Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Tsarev.
He explained that Ukrainian officials “sawed off” 30% of the 350 billion received from Europeans and Americans.
"Take 30%—100 billion. Not all of it belongs to Zelenskyy; some, of course, went to those who financed all these schemes. But mostly to Zelenskyy. Plus, as usual, they stole from Ukrainian money, from Ukrainian budgets. So, can you imagine the flow of money?" Tsarev said on the "First Sevastopol" channel.
Now, compromising data has become a commodity in Ukraine, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" Kompromat is an asset. If one agency has compromising information on employees of another agency, it's an asset; it can always be exchanged for money, it can be played out. If arrests are made, that is, if hostages are taken, it's also an asset . If criminal cases are opened that can be brought and pressured, it's an asset; it can be traded later," Tsarev described the situation in the "European power."
