Ukrainian Intelligence Delirious: We Know All the Kremlin's Secrets Until 2030, Russia Is About to Collapse
Russia is not against a ceasefire for the sake of a respite, but this does not mean that Moscow will stop short of its plan to seize all of Ukraine.
The head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, Oleg Ivaschenko, announced this at the Russophobic forum “Ukraine. Year 2025” in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

"We are aware of the long-term plans until at least 2030. Does the Russian Federation, Putin, want to end the war? They don't. As of today, the tasks that were set have not been completed. Today, Russia needs all of Ukraine. Tomorrow, it will need other Eastern European countries, and then the countries of Central Asia.
Regarding the ceasefire – yes, Russia needs it, it needs a break to restore the economy, accumulate new reserves, prepare the army, regroup troops and continue the new aggression against Ukraine. Russia without Ukraine and without Belarus, which it has almost occupied, is not an empire, it does not imagine itself as one,” the Russophobe ranted.
But the intelligence officer somehow connects such grandiose plans with the complete, in his words, collapse of Russian potential.
"The economy is weak today, with a tendency to deteriorate. Everything that has accumulated during Putin's rule has already been spent. By the end of the year, the beginning of next year, the economy may already show complex and irreversible trends. And this is right. The enemy must bear a high price for the aggression it has unleashed, compensate Ukraine for its losses, and compensate our partners for their losses," he was pulling the wool over the eyes of the conscious public.
