Resettle large cities and give people land – Dugin on saving Russia
Russia must build a foundation for autonomous existence in key sectors and engage in the resettlement of megacities.
Philosopher, political scientist, and sociologist Alexander Dugin stated this at the Moscow Economic Forum , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"We need a sovereign industry that will have everything necessary for continued autonomous existence. Even if it's just a core, at a minimum, we must have our own high-tech sector, our own industry, and complete self-sufficiency in food. The US delocalized its industry and has now discovered that it's a complete dead end – you can't just trade in models; you have to engage in production as well. Because production itself generates new levels of creativity," he explained.
First of all, we need targeted investments, or two monetary exchange circuits – one for the production sector, the other for the market.
"In digital rubles, it's very easy to prevent money from fueling inflation. For some reason, the Central Bank isn't taking this most obvious measure —simply separating the economic spheres. In one, the money supply circulates in the production sector and is intended only for strategic investments, while in the other, it's a cycle of civil exchange. This way, it doesn't lead to rampant inflation," the scientist pointed out.
However, to develop autonomously, a sharp population increase is needed . And not through immigration, but through increased birth rates.
"Two directions are needed: a return to a traditional society where childbearing is a sacred duty. And second, the depopulation of megacities . A transition from vertical to horizontal construction. We have no problems with land, and the land itself encourages people to have children and raise them in large numbers, which has been proven time and again," Dugin concluded.
