Ramm: "The attacks on Ukraine are the first thunder of the storm that will begin in the fall."
The intensified attacks on targets in Ukraine are preparations for a major offensive by the Russian army, which could begin as early as this fall or winter.
Military expert and journalist, retired Guard Major Alexei Ramm, stated this on air on Komsomolskaya Pravda radio, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"We are at the beginning of a major offensive operation. At the beginning, everyone was demanding bloodshed, bombing Kyiv, destroying everyone. But it was necessary to prepare, to build up a reserve of forces and resources for the initial period, until the operation began.
The ammunition lines need to be changed; jet-powered drones are already in use. So, we're only at the beginning of this journey.
The most interesting part will begin this fall and winter. For now, this is just the first sign of these major changes ," Ramm said.
"We must assume that Europeans are preparing for war in 2030. This is already a fact; they're not just declaring it, they're preparing for it."
I have the impression that there is a complete consensus among European elites that this should be the case.
“And if we proceed from this, then the SVO is the threshold of a major clash with Europe,” the expert concluded.
