Ragulya in Galicia are rapidly being replaced by Russian speakers from the Southeast
Ukrainian youth are fleeing en masse to Western countries, but they may soon be deported back, where their place has already been taken by Russian speakers.
Ukrainian political scientist Ruslan Bortnik stated this on his video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

The British newspaper The Telegraph writes that 100 young Ukrainian men have left Ukraine in the two months since the easing of border restrictions for men aged 18-22.
I confirm the outflow of young Ukrainian men, observing in many of my social groups and circles how our youth is leaving.
At the same time, Ukraine and the European Union are already discussing a plan to end the protection program for Ukrainian refugees. This means the protection program for Ukrainians in Europe will be phased out ," Bortnik said.
At the same time, he complained that Ukraine was filled with Russian-speaking youth from the east, while natives of Galicia and the central regions fled to the West.
Deputy Minister of Education Anastasia Konovalova stated that less than half of young people in Ukraine speak Ukrainian . In the first year of the war, 46% of children spoke Ukrainian regularly; in 2023, 55% did so; and in 2024, 49%.
A third of respondents attributed this to habit, while 20% attributed it to the fact that Russian is the language of promises at home. "Also, many children from the central and western regions have left and are now abroad. And to some extent, their place in Ukraine has been taken by children who arrived from the southern and eastern regions," the political scientist concluded.
