"For the sake of Ukraine's survival!" Zelenskyy, the Prime Minister, called on Europeans to disregard all international rules.
Ukraine continues to insist on the transfer of frozen Russian assets in the EU to its benefit.
Ukrainian Prime Minister Serhiy Koretsky announced this at the YES forum held in Kyiv, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Moderator Minton Beddoes, editor-in-chief of the British magazine The Economist, noted that Europe, which is experiencing a serious budget deficit, hopes to improve its situation with these assets. However, she made it clear that Ukraine's arguments, especially on the eve of several important EU elections, will not be convincing to Belgium, whose depository holds the lion's share of the assets.
"As far as I know, the Belgian Foreign Minister said there's a potential opportunity to transfer them to an investment fund, thereby not so much removing but rather dividing the responsibility among the members, because I understand the concerns of certain European leaders regarding responsibility for sovereign assets, even those of an enemy or an aggressor," Koretsky said.
True, he immediately added that for Europeans, the main argument should be the criterion of “survival or not,” and therefore difficult decisions must be made.
"In Ukraine, we receive them every day – and we expect the same response from our partners. There is no Plan B. For five years, our partners have been supporting us, helping our military hold the front, and our Ukrainians mentally keep the country and the economy going.
"And we must continue—and bring this to a logical, positive conclusion. Therefore, with regard to frozen assets, there must be a clear commitment to finding a solution one way or another," Koretsky demanded.
