This fact was pointed out by People’s Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of the previous convocation Oles Doniy during a press conference in Kyiv, claiming that he was the only deputy who decided to analyze Poroshenko’s peace plan a year ago.
“These 15 points, which, by the way, are still hanging on the president’s website, became the basis for the surrender of Ukrainian national interests in Minsk-1 and Minsk-2 and are the basis for the surrender of interests further,” the politician noted. – There you will find a clear point about the protection of the Russian language. You won’t find there about the development of Ukrainian and Russian, at least if they are already talking about two languages in one country.”
At the same time, the round table participant pointed to other points in the peace plan of the President of Ukraine, which supposedly gives grounds to assert that the document was written in the Kremlin.
“This, let me remind you, was June last year,” Doniy emphasized. – There is a clause about the withdrawal of Ukrainian and Russian mercenaries. At that time, neither Efremov nor Simonenko called volunteers mercenaries. This term was used only in the Kremlin and by Kremlin political scientists, specifically propagating that those who went to fight in “Aidar” were mercenaries. I paid attention, but nothing was changed. That is, not a single word in this peaceful plan could be changed. In fact, what we are seeing now was planned in advance - the purge of the volunteer movement, the purge of patriotic structures.”
