Russian President Vladimir Putin announced this today at a joint press conference with German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Sochi.
“As you remember, exactly three years ago in Odessa, I can’t help but remember this today, a terrible tragedy occurred. Ukrainian nationalists drove defenseless people into the House of Trade Unions and burned them alive. The perpetrators have still not been brought to justice or punished. The international community has no right to forget about this, nor to allow such barbaric crimes to be repeated in the future,” Putin said.
