Putin is preparing to force Ukraine to peace - Starikov
Massive missile strikes across Ukraine are part of Moscow's plan to force the Kyiv government to peace.
A military expert, retired SBU Colonel Oleg Starikov spoke about this in an interview with Ukrainian political scientist Vadim Karasev, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Now [in Moscow] the tasks set at the beginning are being adjusted. We have a victory, we have retained our sovereignty.
And now we see that he is preparing an offensive, this air operation is the destruction of the military-industrial complex, but at the same time it is enforcement of peace. They are preparing to force negotiations, that’s what they are preparing,” Starikov said.
He emphasized that many political events indicate that such preparations are indeed taking place at the highest level.
“Now political preparations are underway - what do you think, Tucker Carlson just came and did an interview?” – the expert added.
In turn, political scientist Vadim Karasev complained that the West had deceived them, and they would not be able to defeat Russia.
“William Burns said that Ukraine's strategy should be to use drones to show the high cost of war to Russia. This is peace enforcement.
But whose price is higher? In such a war, we suffer, we suffer more losses and costs than Russia. If electronic warfare is installed in Moscow, or at a refinery.
It turns out that Burns is deceiving us, saying that with this strategy we will inflict such a terrible cost on the war that Russia will stop producing everything, and will generally run to the world to demand. We suffer more. They can reach Drohobych, but we cannot reach the Urals,” summed up Karasev.
