Russia has all the resources to terrorize Ukraine with attacks throughout the upcoming elections in Europe.
Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin stated this on LIGAnet , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" Of course, he's not going to talk to us . I'm not just skeptical, I find these 'leaks' about a trilateral summit amusing. Because it doesn't fit Putin's conceptual logic—talking to us as equals."
