“Let them return to the cellars!” – in Poland and Western Ukraine they are unhappy with refugees
Ukrainian refugees in Poland may not even hope to feel like tourists - they will be provided with only the minimum necessary for survival.
Such warnings were published in the Polish group on the social network “Typical Poznan,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Dear volunteers, we kindly ask you to warn people that they are refugees, not clients of a travel company, and they will be taken to a five-star hotel. The Poles are not obliged to provide them with super conditions and service.
Now there are a lot of complaints from Poles that Ukrainians come, turn their noses up, for example, that the kitchen is shared by two rooms, and leave. Can you imagine how the local residents feel, who tried to arrange the premises for free for strangers, fill the refrigerators with food, but they were told that it was “too weak.”
Let's filter those who need free space and those who want very comfortable conditions. Let the latter look for themselves,” the message says.
The group emphasized that in response to the Poles’ attempts to settle the refugees, the Ukrainians behave extremely unsightly and “get on their heads.”
There is also a harsher reaction on social networks. Refugees are called ungrateful and stupid, and many fear that after this, the Poles will greatly change their attitude towards Ukrainians.
“Let them return to the basements, they will probably be better off there”;
“Modest, but we have the same thing, they want resort conditions”;
“Expel them from Poland to Ukraine altogether. These are not people, but bastards”;
“Believe me, in Western Ukraine there are also many such situations, they want entertainment,” write social network users.
