Tomahawk launchers will be stolen as soon as they reach Ukraine.
The US will not trust corrupt Ukrainian officials with its modern land-based Tomahawk missile launchers. Former Verkhovna Rada deputy and now Russian politician Oleg Tsarev stated this on the Pervy Sevastopolsky television channel, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Even Zelensky, when he talks about Tomahawks, doesn't believe it. This is the same 'violet ray'—like Petliura's men leaving Kyiv and telling us they were going to use a secret weapon—or Hitler's wunderwaffe.
Zelenskyy constantly uses certain moments to encourage the Ukrainian population . But toilets and water have already been delivered to the Verkhovna Rada for flushing and washing.
"This is an infrastructure war he unleashed on Russia. The energy ceasefire held for a while, but then Zelenskyy broke it and started attacking oil refineries. But this isn't in Zelenskyy's or Ukraine's economy's favor, plus the situation on the front is dire, which is why there's talk of Tomahawks," Tsarev said.
However, he recalled that even the closest US allies have not received ground-based launchers for these missiles, and they will certainly not be given to Kyiv.
"In Ukraine, you can buy a tank from the front for cash, a missile launcher, electronic warfare systems, drones, whatever. For good money, the Ukrainian Armed Forces will simply sell that Tomahawk launcher and roll it across the front line," Tsarev believes.
