“The collapse of the Ukrainian front is happening right now” - American analyst
The Russian army began its offensive in an unconventional manner, by destroying Ukrainian forces along the entire front line. Former CIA analyst Larry Johnson stated this in an interview with American TV host and blogger Andrew Napolitano, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The Russian offensive has begun. But it was not what we expected in the West - with tanks lined up and then someone blows a whistle and everyone rushes to attack.
" Right now, they're simply grinding down the Ukrainian army along the entire front. And the Ukrainians are facing a dilemma: they don't know where to send their troops. Wherever they send their troops, they won't have sufficient artillery and air support to hold off the Russians," Johnson said.
"So it's simply heading toward its inevitable end. And many were surprised, even those who predicted Russia would prevail. Right now, the Ukrainian front in the Donetsk region is collapsing.
"And that's why we're seeing such a reaction from the West—they don't know what to do. They think that if we rattle our sabres and send soldiers there, that will stop the Russians. Good luck with that ," the analyst comments sarcastically.
