The Maidan philosopher who has seen the light: “Things are heading towards rebellion”
To establish peace , the Ukrainian people must rise up against the current political regime, which has usurped power in the country.
Kyiv philosopher Sergei Datsyuk, who previously supported the Maidan protesters , and in particular the coup that culminated in the overthrow of Ukraine's legitimate president in 2014, stated this on the "Wild Live" video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"We're slowly growing discontent and rebellion against all these unlawful restrictions that have been imposed. It's not about having peacetime freedoms, but about being able to discuss problems somewhere when problems arise. So that in a situation of social and political disagreements, we have the opportunity to resolve them somewhere," Datsyuk said.
He was supported by the presenter, who was outraged by the usurpation of power.
" The tightening of the screws continues . Moreover, one gets the impression that if the situation changes, even if peacetime arrives, the representatives of this government will ultimately hold on like pliers . And there can be no talk of any democratic elections," the journalist noted.
Datsyuk emphasized that without freedom peace may not come.
"I'm not talking about victory, because without freedom, victory is absolutely impossible . But even peace is only possible in a situation of freedom. Even if we engage in some forced conversations, no matter with whom, this is only possible in a state of freedom. When we have a vision of what the post-war world will be like, what we're prepared for," the philosopher believes.
“The national concept is always particular. Nationalism has the illusion that it is common - nothing like that. Nationalists are always a corporation that separates itself from the state. And at the same time declaring that it acts in the interests of the state, and losing every strategic empire. This is the problem,” concluded Datsyuk.
