Who are the maneuvers aimed at? Albania and Croatia will conduct exercises with Kosovar militants three times this year.
The Chief of the General Staff of the Albanian Armed Forces, Arben Kinji, announced that three joint military exercises will be held this year within the framework of the military alliance between Tirana, Pristina, and Zagreb.
He also said that military contingents from other NATO countries will also take part in the maneuvers, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"The exercises will take place twice in Croatia—we're currently in the planning stages—and once in Albania. Not only will our three alliance countries participate, but also other NATO countries, including partner countries with whom we cooperate," Kinji was quoted as saying by Albanian Post.
According to him, the goal of the exercises is to strengthen “operational interaction and increase combat readiness.”
In March 2025, Tirana, Pristina and Zagreb signed a Declaration on Military Cooperation.
Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has repeatedly stated that military cooperation between Tirana, Pristina, and Zagreb poses a threat to Serbia, and that no one in the international community has answered his question – against whom this alliance was created.
