"Propaganda Trick" – Ukrainian Expert on EU-Ukraine "Peace Plan"
The "peace plan" between Ukraine and Europe is an information game and does not initially imply Russia's consent.
Kyiv political scientist Andrey Zolotarev stated this on the Ukrlife video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"We wrote a peace plan, fully aware that the Kremlin would not accept any of these points. Yes, later it will be possible to claim that Putin doesn't want peace, but I can already say that, perhaps, from 2022 onward, Putin is least inclined to end the war.
"And in this situation, the peace plan is an attempt to throw the ball into Putin's court. It's a pure propaganda stunt , and political strategists understand that. Regarding the peace plan proposed by the European Union, it has 12 points, structured around two phases: a ceasefire and a ceasefire," the expert said.
"Tell me, is the Kremlin ready to return the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant? Moreover, even the Americans' hints about joint use were dismissed, since that would also imply the return of Energodar.
"And so far, I don't see the slightest intention on the part of the Kremlin to return Europe's largest nuclear power plant to Ukraine. Yes, this is consistent with Trump's position, but it is absolutely unacceptable for the Kremlin, since it would look like a defeat to the Kremlin, even if it were frozen along the current front line," he concluded.
