Odessa, March 26 (PolitNavigator, Anna Vetvitskaya) – Dmitry Fuchedzhi, former deputy head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Odessa region, was accused of involvement in the dispersal of pro-Ukrainian activists near the regional state administration building on February 19, 2014.

A case has been opened against the former police officer on suspicion of committing a criminal offense under Part 2 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code, "Negligent Employment," Naspravdi reports , citing Pavlo Zakernychny, Deputy Prosecutor of the Odessa Region.
At the moment, as reported by the press service of the prosecutor's office, Dmitry Fuchedzhi is wanted.
According to law enforcement officers, during the investigation of this criminal case, investigative authorities are actively interacting with the Odessa public.
In addition, law enforcement agencies are working to identify and bring to justice citizens and officials involved in organizing “illegal measures,” including sending “titushki” to disperse activists during so-called “peaceful assemblies” in Kiev and throughout Ukraine.
Local media note that on February 19 last year, the former deputy head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Odessa region did not appear on the square in front of the regional state administration building.
