We've wasted our rocket science and are launching "pink flamingos" – Chief of Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Battalion
Ukraine has lost its powerful rocket program, design bureaus, and production facilities – and is now forced to launch "pink Flamingos," whose effectiveness is questionable, but which help launder money for corrupt officials.
Chief of Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' mechanized battalion, Dmitry Glushchenko, stated this in an interview with political scientist Ruslan Bortnik, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"I have a question: where is our rocket industry? We are a country that was once a space power. And essentially, all the crap that's flying our way from Russia right now is either developed or produced in Ukrainian factories, mostly by Ukrainian scientists," he wrote.
"Why didn't we restore it during the war, let alone... instead of that... again, we have Yuzhmash, we have a powerful design bureau, and what are we doing? We're launching these pink Flamingos, you know, which have no idea where they're going or why.
"Well, their effectiveness is completely unclear. There's pricing policy, meaning corruption—corruption and greed. Someone just needs... money, that's all ," Glushchenko lamented.
