“I just think he doesn’t understand what’s at stake in Ukraine with its history and geography, why it matters to Europe and the United States,” Hodges said.

"I don't think this administration is going to change anything unless the president gets really mad at Vladimir Putin for making him look stupid. I think the last thing he wants is to look like a loser. So he could pivot left, right, or completely around.
