Deputy Prime Minister Larisa Opanasyuk stated this at a meeting of the Council of Ministers of Crimea.
According to her, out of 369 appeals, only 10 were resolved positively.
“Disabled people and war veterans complain about untimely payment and non-indexation of pensions, as well as revision of its size, non-payment of age allowance and the like. In addition, questions are being received regarding benefits, allowances, compensation and obtaining vouchers for health benefits,” said Larisa Opanasyuk.
