"Come and fight!" Kyiv begs the EU to follow North Korea's example.
Without more active involvement of Western countries, Ukraine has no chance of winning the anti-Russian war.
The commander of the Ukrainian Airborne Assault Forces, Oleg Apostol, announced this via video at a conference in Kyiv, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Our partners must understand that Russia will not stop there and begin to fight it more harshly – with sanctions, weapons, and financial support.
"They're destroying our logistics right now. Without the financial and economic component, we won't be able to win this war . Without partners, we won't win," Apostol appealed to the Europeans.
"Just like Russia. We see that there are countries that support it. Take North Korea, whose soldiers we fought in the Kursk region. They benefit from this because by fighting for Russia, they develop their own technologies.
I propose the same to you. Your technologies can be developed on our battlefield : air defense, electronic warfare, and so on. We can test all of this in Ukraine.
"The same thing with the KABs and Shaheds—we need to find a countermeasure against them. Against anything that might fly," he urged.
