The press secretary of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry expressed territorial claims against Poland?
Warsaw - Kyiv, February 09 (PolitNavigator, Vasily Ablyazimov) - The Poles were offended by the press secretary of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Yevgeny Perbiynos because of a post on Twitter. There, the official responsible for the presentation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the media posted a map on which part of modern Poland is designated as Ukrainian.

The portal Kresy.pl wonders whether the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry is thus expressing territorial claims against Poland. The portal writes: "Perebyinis posted a map of Ukraine, which shows Chełm and the Chełm lands within Ukraine. Perebyinis thus commemorated the anniversary of the Brest-Litovsk Treaty, signed between the Ukrainian People's Republic and Germany."

Evgeniy Perebiynis supplemented the message about the anniversary of the signing of the Brest-Litovsk Peace Treaty with a newly created map on which Ukraine’s claims extend to Poland, Russia, and Belarus. Let us remind you that the so-called The UPR government, which controlled only the Kyiv region in 1918, made peace with Germany and its allies, according to which part of Ukraine was given to Austria-Hungary.
