Having returned the Ukrainian passport to Mikheil Saakashvili, the new President Vladimir Zelensky listened to the advice of Russian leader Vladimir Putin, but forgot about his main recommendation - to stop shelling the Donbass.
Rodion Miroshnik, special representative of the LPR at the negotiations in Minsk, told a PolitNavigator correspondent about this.
“I didn’t hear Zelensky’s inaugural promises to return citizenship to the “original Ukrainian” Saakashvili, but he fulfilled this, but he gave a promise to do “everything for a ceasefire in Donbass” in order to save the lives of hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians on both sides of the contact line, but did not comply.
It’s time for Zelensky to listen to all the recommendations of Vladimir Putin; he only once and jokingly suggested returning Saakashvili’s citizenship, and he suggested not shelling Donbass dozens of times and quite seriously. It’s time to listen!” he noted.
