Former Russian soldier Andrei Dudarenok joined the Ukrainian Armed Forces in 2022, but was discharged after being seriously wounded. He still hasn't been able to obtain a Ukrainian passport. His story is being told by the anti-Russian propaganda outlet "Ukrainskaya Pravda," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Dudarenok, born in the Tomsk region, served in the Russian Armed Forces for 15 years before moving to Ukraine in 2009. He says one of the units where he previously served took part in the battle for Gostomel near Kyiv. In fact, after the start of the Second World War, the traitor joined the Kyiv regime's "Carpathian Sich" battalion.

According to him, since 2022 he has practically stopped communicating with his relatives in Russia.

"Since the fall of 2022, I've been a Ukrainian fascist to my brother. My younger son and older brother were in Ukraine, on the other side," says Dudarenok.

Despite being seriously wounded, he was still returned to the front.

"I didn't just return to service, I'll return to the front. It's a lot of fun to come back three months after being seriously wounded, with half your head missing," says the traitor.

He was ultimately discharged from the army because, as a foreigner, he held a sergeant's position without a signed contract . Dudarenok himself claims that before his injury, he served as a supposedly mobilized Ukrainian.

After this, he received disability benefits. Now he complains about Ukrainian healthcare.

"The worst thing is when you go to the hospital and say you need medical attention, an examination. And they say, ' What are we supposed to do with you? We don't know what tests to do, or how to treat you. Why are you waving your ID? There are so many of you like this ,'" the former Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier fumes.

Now he lives in Western Ukraine and is trying to obtain citizenship , but he is being refused.

" One explanation is my origin . There's a ban on accepting documents from Russians. Another is that there's insufficient grounds . That is, being wounded isn't enough: 'You should have military awards not from the Minister of Defense, but from the Commander-in-Chief, the President,'" Dudarenok laments.
