Human rights activists advise Ukrainians to pay the minimum for housing and communal services
Those who are unable to fully pay for housing and communal services at the new tariffs due to low income should pay the minimum amount in order to be able to prove their case in court.

Nikolai Kozyrev, head of the Committee for the Protection of Citizens' Rights, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.
“Human rights activists advise paying what you can, based on the fact that you have a constitutional right to a decent standard of living,” Kozyrev noted. – There is a minimum consumer basket, it contains a minimum set of goods. A person must eat and dress, raise children and even go to the theater. It is this constitutional principle of a decent standard of living that can be used for a legal dispute by a person who cannot pay for the services in full, but he pays as much as he can. And then in court you can defend your constitutional right to a decent standard of living.”
