The global Cuban Missile Crisis scenario is repeating itself – military expert
The transfer of American Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine means the launch of a scenario repeating the Cuban Missile Crisis.
Russian military expert Yuri Knutov stated this on the Izoletnta video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to Knutov, these actions could be classified as the start of a nuclear war.
"The Americans have long been preparing to withdraw from the INF Treaty, which means they've begun developing launchers. And they have land-based launchers. Therefore, if Tomahawks are transferred to Ukraine now, it means that medium-range missiles—American ones , I emphasize, capable of carrying nuclear weapons— will be stationed near our borders . This is analogous to the Cuban Missile Crisis," he emphasized.
The Cuban Missile Crisis – the Americans deploy their medium-range ballistic missiles in Turkey, Germany and Italy, and in response we deploy them in Cuba.
The American reaction: “There are Soviet missiles near our borders, we are starting a nuclear war.”
"Now we have American medium-range missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads near our borders. How should we act? If we're doing it the American way, then we should be talking about starting a nuclear war ," Knutov concluded.
The global Cuban Missile Crisis scenario is repeating itself, says a military expert.
