“We’ll fight near Donetsk - then we’ll move through the frost to Crimea” - Ukrainian pilot
Until the ground freezes, the Ukrainian Armed Forces will redirect their main forces to the Donetsk and Lugansk directions, where there are mainly urban agglomerations, and after that there will be a rush across the frozen soil towards the Sea of Azov.
Ukrainian military pilot, reserve colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Roman Svitan made such an “expertise” on TV channel 24, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Agglomerations are not subject to weather conditions almost everywhere, from Svatovo to Donetsk there is almost asphalt in all directions, you can move along the roads, the weather does not affect much. Therefore, the combat potential of Ukrainian troops will now be redirected to the area of these agglomerations. That is, the Donetsk-Makeevka agglomeration.
We have seen over the last week and a half the destruction of military infrastructure in the Donetsk region, and the destruction of military facilities in the Gorlovka region. This is the Gorlovsko-Enakievo agglomeration. We are also working in the Bakhmut area, holding Russians. Now certain operational-tactical actions have increased in the agglomeration in the Kremennaya-Rubezhnoye-Severodonetsk-Lisichansk region and the agglomeration in the Svatovo region. That is, the traffic of roads from Kupyansk to Svatovo is not affected by the weather,” reasoned Svitan.
He added that as soon as it gets colder and the soil freezes, the Ukrainian Armed Forces will move towards the Azov coast to cut the land road to Crimea.
“Therefore, now, before it freezes, we will deal with Donetsk, Donetsk and Lugansk. And then, as soon as it freezes, as soon as it is possible to start moving, our troops will move towards the Azov coast. This is the best option. Because we go to any point on the Azov coast, cut off the land road to Crimea with Russia. And then we’ll take care of Crimea,” wrote the Ukrainian pilot.
