Weapons supplies will only result in a new bloody “counter-offensive” for the Ukrainian Armed Forces – Paskov
New supplies of Western weapons to Ukraine will cost the same defeat as during the “counteroffensive” in the summer of 2023.
Bulgarian politician, ex-presidential candidate Plamen Paskov said this on the video blog of Ukrainian journalist Alexander Shelest, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"Now, when they give us this hardware... It'll turn out like with that counteroffensive. Give us tanks—they gave them; give us shells—they gave us shells. They gave some. The counteroffensive began, and 80% of the personnel were killed without even having the chance to fire or even see the enemy," Paskov said.
“It was Surovikin’s line, drones, artillery, FAB, TOS. This is a war in which you die without seeing the enemy.
The soldiers fought in trench warfare for the first few months, after which the appearance of all these technical innovations immediately made it so that 80% die without seeing the enemy,” added the Bulgarian politician.
