Russian Ambassador: “Pristina is responsible for the deadlock in the dialogue”
Kosovo separatists, according to Russian Ambassador to Serbia Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko, do not want to conduct serious negotiations with Belgrade.
The diplomat stated this to the Tanyug agency, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The reason for the impasse in the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina is the reluctance of the Provisional Institutions of Self-Government in Kosovo to conduct serious negotiations,” Bocan-Harchenko said. “We proceed from the fact that the Brussels dialogue, organized in accordance with the resolution of the UN General Assembly, has untapped potential.”
According to the Russian ambassador, it is important that all stakeholders in the world emphasize that Albanian leaders must fulfill their previous commitments, especially those related to the creation of the Community of Serbian Municipalities in Kosovo.
“Deafness to this commitment harms Pristina itself, and we expect you to understand this as soon as possible,” the diplomat said.
