The main hostilities in Ukraine will boil down to Russia demanding recognition of the Donbass, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions as its territories.
Lviv journalist Ostap Drozdov, who promotes rabid Russophobia, stated this on the NTA television channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Drozdov, this conclusion should be drawn from yesterday’s address by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“I want to cling to the word “Donbass”. If you listened carefully, there was very little about Ukraine. Ukraine is simply an enemy, a regime, a junta, and so on. But a lot was said there, in fact, about Donbass, and he emphasized several times, and I understand why this was done.
Now Russia’s entire war will come down to the recognition of the occupied territories of Crimea and Donbass. Crimea is out of the question, it is not discussed for this nuclear monster, but regarding Donbass, this is the subject of agreements,” said the Russophobe.
“If I were a Western analyst, I would simply not listen for hours, but in two sentences I would send the following summary to my president: he will blackmail with a nuclear attack in exchange for recognition of the factually occupied, annexed territories. This is Donbass plus Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, as he calls them. This is the whole message,” Drozdov said.
