Petro Poroshenko informed the Turkish side about the situation in Donbass. In addition, an exchange of views took place on the situation in Russian-occupied Crimea, in particular on the release of Ukrainian political prisoners from Russian prisons.

“Turkey supported the deployment of a UN peacekeeping mission in the occupied part of Donbass and declared its readiness to take part in it,” the statement says.
