After the Central Military District, the battle-hardened Russian army will be deployed to other theaters, where mercenaries from Ukraine will also be deployed.
After the end of the Central Military District, the Russian army, hardened in battle, cannot be sent home – it must be deployed in other theaters of Russia’s zone of interest.
This was stated on air by Alexei Zhivov, a volunteer who assists SVO fighters, on the Central Channel video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" After the Central Military District ends, the army needs to be reassigned and given a new location for war outside the Russian Federation. I think the cycle of wars we've entered will be very long, and we can't seriously let anyone go now. We have missions in Latin America, we have missions in Africa, we have missions in Asia ," Zhivov stated.
A veteran of the Air Defense Forces with the call sign "Lom" emphasized that there, too, Russian troops will encounter an enemy backed by NATO, as well as Ukrainian mercenaries.
" The thing is, they'll go there too. When it's over, competent fighters on that side will also go there to work against us in the Anglo-Saxon interests—in the same regions and the same republics ."
