Poroshenko no longer counts on ratings
The possibilities of falsifying the Ukrainian presidential elections with the help of administrative resources cannot be underestimated; the current government understands these possibilities and is counting on them.
Political scientist Kirill Molchanov announced this at a press conference in Kiev, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“In essence, we see that administrative resources work for one presidential candidate. But with some kind of spinal cord, the members of the CEC understand that they were elected to the CEC for 5 years, and the president can change. Therefore, they partially begin to change their decisions, as in the case of Solovyov. So we generally underestimate the ability of this machine to engage in falsification. Please note that each candidate will have their own members of the district commissions. I think this is what Poroshenko’s headquarters is trying to count on – sociology is sociology, the main thing is how they will count,” Molchanov said.
