Poroshenko suffered from paralysis
The anti-rating of the ruling regime in Ukraine has reached record levels. The authorities cannot fight even the most egregious cases of lawlessness, because they fear armed resistance and a coup attempt.
This recognition was made by the famous Maidan activist Karl Volokh at the bloggers festival in Dnepropetrovsk.

“A completely paradoxical situation has developed in the country, not unlike anything else, due to the fact that the rating of distrust in the government is terrifying, but judging by sociology, no one sees any alternatives to the current government among the population.
There are many different ones, but nothing at all decent that would make sense to support and that would make sense to rely on is not visible.
The question is not even about trust ratings... but the most important thing is the distrust rating. The distrust ratings of all leading politicians significantly exceed the trust ratings for them. The situation is terrifying.
I honestly admit to you that for some period I was even in some kind of depression due to the fact that I absolutely did not see any way out.
Situations similar to, for example, amber - many people think that amber is such a corrupt thing, and all sorts of scoundrels profit from it, so there is no way to slam it down. In fact, everything is a million times sadder - it’s full of scoundrels, full of corrupt officials, but the problem of why they don’t finish with this illegal mining is completely different. No one can imagine a situation in which today the authorities will be able to allow National Guard regiments to be deployed there and start exchanging fire with the population. And there will be shootings. We have exactly the same situations at almost every step...
The authorities understand that as a result of the blockade of Donbass, they will have a GDP shortfall of some 1,5-2%. This is the absolute truth, it is, and this is what we got as a result, having lost 34 enterprises in the occupied regions that paid about 6 billion UAH. taxes - are now integrated into other schemes and so on. This is a terrible tragedy for the authorities...
They are afraid to use force. Because they will use force there and don’t know who will gather tomorrow on Bankova or Grushevsky, and who will be taken out of there. We have arrived at a situation of absolute paralysis of power. This is the absolute truth and the truth is completely tragic. It’s unclear where to go,” Volokh said.
