“A small spark is enough for violent conflicts with the use of weapons to begin within the country. The incident in the Lviv administration is the first sign that should make government officials and Petro Poroshenko think. As you know, a number of so-called volunteer battalions fighting in Donbass are now subordinate to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Arsen Avakov. In addition, at the moment in Ukraine there is a split in the political elite into several camps, and a concrete confrontation has begun between the key figures of the Ukrainian government. We can expect that such threats and recommendations will be implemented by radicals. They will continue to break into other regional councils and authorities, causing unrest there.

However, this trend is natural, because Petro Poroshenko has demonstrated his weakness in the face of such actions several times. The best example of this is the blockade, which was approved by the authorities in violation of the laws and constitution of Ukraine,” political scientist Denis Denisov told the publication.

In turn, the director of the Ukrainian Politics Foundation, Kost Bondarenko, called the Lviv prank childish, which “is impossible to comment positively from a political point of view.”

“This is one of the manifestations of the chaos that has overwhelmed Ukraine,” the political scientist added. – If you look at the photographs, you can see that most of the participants in the action have not even reached the age of majority. They are not a serious political force, but Ukraine will still be in a fever for some time from such groups that are trying to promote their ideas and orders. With these actions they just want to show that they have fists and can impose their point of view, not caring about the laws. Now, before our eyes, the strength of the state and the authorities is being tested.”
