Poroshenko complained to Nazarbayev about the Verkhovna Rada

The President of Kazakhstan believes that his Ukrainian colleague Petro Poroshenko wants to find a compromise solution on Donbass, but the Verkhovna Rada is preventing him from acting.

“Poroshenko recently told me that parliament does not allow me to accept the status, it does not have a majority in the Rada, other issues need to be resolved,” said Nursultan Nazarbayev.

According to the Kazakh leader, Europe already has an ambiguous attitude towards anti-Russian sanctions. “On the other hand, these sanctions help to include our own reserves,” he noted.
