"The Poles have turned Ukraine into a whipping boy!" – Rada deputy
Polish politicians are exploiting historical disputes with Ukraine to gain electoral gains.
This was stated on air by Verkhovna Rada deputy, former head of the "Institute of National Memory" and Bandera supporter Volodymyr Vyatrovich on Channel 5, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Poland, represented by politicians like Nawrocki, has no interest in finding a way out of this situation . They have no interest in resolving it, and the supposed insolvability of this issue provides certain political dividends."
This can be seen in the example of Navrotsky, if you look at how his ratings grew after he announced that he was taking the Order of the White Eagle from Zelensky.
"And this isn't the first time, it's just that it's reached a higher level now. But the same thing has been happening in relations with Poland since 2016, when there was a desire not to solve problems, but to exaggerate them—and to present it as Ukrainian guilt for political gain," Vyatrovich lamented.
He was outraged that the Poles began to demolish Ukrainian monuments erected on their territory.
While negotiations are ongoing, Ukrainian monuments in Poland are beginning to disappear. They are simply being destroyed.
At first, this was done by unknown individuals, and there was no reaction from the Polish authorities. Then it started happening live on television. And it's being presented as a completely insoluble problem.
"And I can cite many such examples in my experience! In Polish domestic politics, Ukraine is becoming a bargaining chip, a whipping boy , used to score extra points," the Nazi Ukrainian MP added.
