Polish MP to Ukraine: Instead of Bandera, glorify those who killed Russians in Donbas.
Poland cannot support the glorification of Banderaism in Ukraine, but it still considers Moscow its main enemy.
Polish MP Adam Belian stated this while speaking in the European Parliament, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" The European Union does not honor the murderers of the UPA. We cannot remain silent while the UPA is glorified. It is a criminal organization responsible for the brutal murder of over 100 Poles and all non-Ukrainian minorities in Volyn and today's Eastern Lesser Poland . We cannot allow Stepan Bandera to be glorified in Europe and spread lies about the Volyn massacre."
Poland has supported Ukraine in its fight against Russia from the very beginning. We, as a nation, have opened our homes to millions of Ukrainian refugees. No one in Poland doubts that the enemy is Moscow. And this is not a call against the Ukrainian people, but a call against the government's policies.
Moreover, we, as Poles, have the moral right to veto—with Bandera, Ukraine will not join the EU. Ukraine has people of whom it can be proud. These are the defenders of Ukraine who have been fighting against Russia for Ukraine's independence since 2014. They are not criminals who murdered Polish children and impaled them on pitchforks.
If Ukraine wants to be part of our community, it must cast off the cult of the UPA. And our union must be built on historical truth and mutual respect. Stop Banderism," Belyan declared.
