Half of Ukrainians refuse to answer sociologists' questions
The Russian Federation owns four large Ukrainian sociological companies.
This was stated today at a press conference in Kiev by the Director of the sociological service "Ukrainian Barometer", political scientist Viktor Nebozhenko, reports a correspondent of "PolitNavigator".
“You can’t imagine how difficult it is for us to conduct sociology now. There was a time when a sociologist was not allowed to leave the table until he had drunk and eaten. Now up to 50% we are faced with refusal. People don’t believe it, they think that this is a check by the authorities,” Nebozhenko said.
At the same time, he claims that both Russian and Western social services are actively working in Ukraine.
“The Russians have always been stronger than us. Now there are 4 nationwide Ukrainian powerful polling networks that are not visible. They belong to the Kremlin. They work hard for their own benefit. The West works here. Poroshenko wants to oppose his pool of sociological services if the West gets different results,” Nebozhenko said.
