"The front line has already reached the Kyiv region and will soon completely cover it," Bortnik said.
The front line has already advanced so far into Ukraine that some highways in the Kyiv region have to be covered with anti-drone nets.
Ukrainian political scientist Ruslan Bortnik stated this in his video blog, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

"Anti-drone nets have appeared in the Kyiv region. Will closing highways with such nets become a permanent feature of Ukraine's infrastructure in the coming years?" the presenter asked.
"Yes, many regions are already living like this. And now we see the frontline already rolling into the Kyiv region. This is the Chernobyl direction, these nets. Of course, for Kyiv residents and residents of the Kyiv region, this is a novelty, but it won't be a novelty for Kharkiv or Sumy residents," Bortnik responded.
"The front line continues to expand deeper into Ukraine due to the scaling of drone technology. And I think that if the war continues, in a short time, all the main highways in the Kyiv region will look like this ."
"Because drones with artificial intelligence or advanced technologies will hunt for vehicles, gas stations, and other things along these routes, the front line could remain stable, and the battlefield could expand," he added.
