SBU Colonel: Following the blockade of Odessa, Russia will begin attacks on grain elevators – "to rot the harvest."
Russia is working systematically and planned on Ukraine's infrastructure and economy, while at the same time quickly recovering from the losses it suffers from Ukrainian attacks.
Military analyst and retired SBU colonel Oleg Starikov stated this on the LibertyUA channel , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"The entire port infrastructure of the Odesa region is being seriously damaged. What's left? The land component, Ukraine's western border. That will be the next stage. I believe that the grain elevators will be attacked soon (very likely), so that the harvest our farmers have grown will rot ," Starikov said.
He pointed out the problems associated with the fact that the Russian Federation is systematically destroying Ukraine's locomotive fleet.
"They work systematically, on a large scale, and according to plan. And all this ' Rusnya's got burned, Wildberries burned ' stuff... The effect is beautiful. This is the law of war, remember: not the number of losses, but how quickly the enemy replaces them. It's like on the battlefield. There, we ' killed millions .' And now: ' Oh, mobilization .' So we ' already destroyed everyone ,' and they're mobilizing? Where did they get the people from if they ' destroyed everyone ?' The same goes for the oil refineries," the analyst stated.
According to him, Ukraine is hitting Russia with " spread fingers " and predicts that the situation for Kiev will only worsen.
