Colonel Matviychuk: "The elite are fanning their fingers" to convince the Kremlin to freeze the SVO.
In Moscow, the "freeze the SVO" party has once again become active, convincing the Russian leadership that a respite is needed not only by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, but also by the Russian army.
Retired special forces colonel Anatoly Matviychuk stated this on the Red Line television channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Groups, all these incomprehensible elites, waving their fingers. By the way, I received some very interesting information about what's going on in the Kremlin—we just don't know it—they're seriously plotting to stop the war. Regroup, create a new army, and resume the offensive. This is absolute defeat. Only a decisive offensive, only decisive action," Matviychuk said.
He called for more independence to be given to capable commanders who had demonstrated their worth at the front.
“Finally, give the leaders of military units, I mean the army, these groups, the freedom to make decisions , as was done during the war, report to the Supreme Commander and implement this decision,” Matviychuk said.
